Fully satisfied with the hot water. I could install it myself. You have to install it yourself if you are installing in a remote location. You have to remove the tube just after UV and run the purifier to cleanse the carbon particles. Otherwise carbon particles will enter the storage. Run it for one hour in this condition and you can see clear water without carbon particles. Take help of some local technician if you require. Contrary to the description here it has 10 litres storage tank. In my opinion UV is more safe than RO. But if you want RO purchase from some reputed brands which has a mineralizer. As RO removes minerals from water it is harmful to body if minerals are not added after purification. AO Smith RO models has mineralizer and so it is healthy. But in UV models minerals are not removed and so no problem. Only problem I could find in this model is water full indication should be on to dispense hot water. This is given as an interlock not to run heater without water. So you may have to wait for some time until tank full indication comes and you can switch on the hot button. Looks wise very trendy. Blue light illumination is available for night assist.
